We’re seeking a Bar Manager to take full responsibility for bar operations, service standards, and team performance. You’ll lead from the front during busy shifts, ensuring speed, consistency, and great customer interaction at all times. You’ll also support menu execution, maintain stock levels, and work closely with the wider management team to deliver an excellent overall guest experience.

This role involves managing the bar team, training and developing staff, maintaining licensing and hygiene standards, and keeping the bar organised and well-presented.
